These delicious little morsels won’t last long! With crunchy peanuts and sweet coconut nectar, this bite-sized treat is a great mid-afternoon pick me up.

1. Line a freezer proof dish (approx. 6” x 6”) with greaseproof paper.
2. Warm the cocoa butter slightly so that it is soft enough to mix.
3. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and transfer the mixture to the lined freezer dish. Freeze overnight.
4. Once the mixture is frozen, transfer it onto a chopping board and cut it into bite sized pieces. Store in the freezer.
