The perfect festive addition to your overnight oats!
This tangy and sweet cranberry sauce takes less than 15 minutes to make and is naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and orange juice.
230g cranberries (fresh or frozen)
100ml orange juice
75g coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
Zest to garnish
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 10 mins
1. Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan and mix together.
2. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up the cranberries a little.
3. The sauce will thicken on cooling.
