A deliciously rich and creamy chocolate chia pudding made with nutrient-dense cacao and layers of fresh banana.
The perfect guilt free dessert!
1. Thoroughly mix together the chia seeds, coconut nectar, almond milk, cacao powder and vanilla extract using a fork or whisk. Put the mix in the fridge to firm up for a few hours or overnight.
2. When the chia seeds have soaked up the liquid, layer into a pudding bowl with fresh banana and top with grated dark chocolate. Delicious!
