cheesy popcorn

A quick and easy, guilt-free snack full of moreish ‘cheese’ flavour.  Perfect for the whole family to munch on in front of a good film.




1 tbsp coconut oil

200g dried corn kernels (GMO free)

4 tbsp nutritional yeast

A pinch of salt


Prep:  2 mins

Cook:  5 mins

Serves: 4-6

1.  Heat the oil in a saucepan until melted.


2.  Add the kernels and put the lid on the pan. 


3.  When the kernels have stopped popping, take them out of the pan and transfer them into a bowl.  Sprinkle them with the nutritional yeast and salt, stir and serve.
