mango coco lime layer yoghurt

This is possibly the easiest 'recipe' we have posted but it is SO GOOD.  The flavours are just too perfect - tangy mango and zingy lime topped with creamy coconut yoghurt.


Pure perfection!



150g coconut yoghurt

100g mango

Juice of 1 lime

5 chopped almonds

Pinch of lime zest


Prep: 5 mins

Cook:  0 mins

Serves: 1 hungry vegan




1. Blend the mango with the lime juice.  You may also need a touch of warm water if you are using frozen mango.


2. Layer the blended mango with the coconut yoghurt.


3. Top with chopped almonds and lime zest.
