Apple & berry overnight oats

An easy-peasy breakfast that is quick to make and packed with vitamin C, calcium and iron.  Meal prep these delicious and healthy overnight oats in advance and store them in the fridge for a nutritious breakfast ready to take with you to work, uni or school.


These creamy Apple and Berry Overnight Oats are made with dairy-free yoghurt giving you a filing and fruity vegan breakfast with tangy apple and beauty-boosting blueberries. 


Super flax and chia seeds are a great source of Omega-3, antioxidants and fiber, giving your filling rolled oats even more of a health boost.


Fill up your kilner jar and top with fresh or frozen berries and coconut for a bit of crunch and you've got yourself a nutritious breakfast on the go!




50g rolled oats

125ml almond milk

35g yoghurt (dairy free)

1/2 apple

25g blueberries

25g raspberries

1/2 tsp flaxseed

1/2 tsp chia seeds



Prep:   5 mins + overnight

Cook:  0 mins

Servings:  1


1. Blend all of the ingredients except the oats.


2. Mix the oats in to the blended ingredients, cover and leave in the fridge over night.


3. Top with berries and other toppings of your choice.
